Shipping Information

Note: Standard Shipping is unavailable to deliver in United States Outlying Islands and P.O. Box. Part of orders will be shipped from China/Taiwan/Hong Kong to worldwide.

Shipping Confirmation

Once an order is picked up and shipped by shipping carriers (about 1 - 3 business days), a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email immediately. You can track your package with tracking information (including Tracking Number & Tracking URL).

Note: Please also check the main information, contact us if there is anything incorrect with your information details, such address and phone number. 

Cancel Order

An order can usually be cancelled within 3 hours. Please contact us with your order number and name, we will help you to cancel the order. When an order is too late to be cancelled, you can return it after you receive the package. Please keep the original package without open box.  

Problem Product

If you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete products, please let us know by sending an email within 3 days. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, name and photos of damaged products (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

Return & Exchange

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Please note that products must be returned to the original packaging and shipped within 30 days of delivery. You will only need to pay the return shipping fees. Please email to notify us once you ship back the product. Your order number and reason for the product return must be included in the email (photos attached if necessary).

A full refund will be applied after the refund/order cancellation request is received by our customer care department and the product is returned to us.
